When and how will the packaging (polybag) deposit be refunded?

The deposit for custom polybags is refundable once the cumulative order volume reaches 1 million pieces. The refund is typically applied as a credit against your balance. Alternatively, if the volume is not met, the customer can take back the printing plates (film).
